minutesThese Snickers Date Bites are a quick, no-bake treat made with organic Medjool dates, peanut butter, crunchy peanuts and 100% dark chocolate. They taste like a healthier version of a Snickers bar and are perfect for a sweet snack.
Ingredients
18 g of Organic Medjool Dates
5g 100% Dark Chocolate
8g 100% Peanut Butter
3g Roasted Peanuts
Sea Salt
Directions
- Melt the dark chocolate in a double boiler
- Pour 2-3g into muffin folds
- Layer one flattened date
- Add peanut butter
- Roast peanuts in the oven at 200 C for 10 minutes
- Add crushed roasted peanuts to muffin cups
- Pour the remaining dark chocolate on top
- Sprinkle a little sea salt
- Let it cool down in a fridge for 20 minutes or more
