These Snickers Date Bites are a quick, no-bake treat made with organic Medjool dates, peanut butter, crunchy peanuts and 100% dark chocolate. They taste like a healthier version of a Snickers bar and are perfect for a sweet snack.

Ingredients

  • 18 g of Organic Medjool Dates

  • 5g 100% Dark Chocolate

  • 8g 100% Peanut Butter

  • 3g Roasted Peanuts

  • Sea Salt

Directions

  • Melt the dark chocolate in a double boiler
  • Pour 2-3g into muffin folds
  • Layer one flattened date
  • Add peanut butter
  • Roast peanuts in the oven at 200 C for 10 minutes
  • Add crushed roasted peanuts to muffin cups
  • Pour the remaining dark chocolate on top
  • Sprinkle a little sea salt
  • Let it cool down in a fridge for 20 minutes or more

Notes

  • This recipe is for one portion of a bite. To make more, multiply ingredients by 10x or 12x, depending on how many you would like to make in one batch.
